PQ validator keys

In plain words

The first step for validators: register quantum-safe keys alongside the current ones.

Why it matters: Prepares consensus to switch signature schemes.

The details

On the map: post-quantum pubkey registry, then PQ heartbeat

Map note, rests on: hash security + one signature per slot

The first step of the validator migration: a registry where validators register post-quantum public keys (strawmap fork I*)[1], followed by a post-quantum "heartbeat" signature (fork J*), before attestations switch fully.

It rests on hash-based signature security and on validators never signing twice per slot.

Rests on

If any of these breaks, this breaks too.

If it falls

If this breaks, these break with it.

Nothing on the map depends on it: it is an end point of the roadmap.

On the roadmap

Next-step links, not dependencies: these don't fall together.
