FOCIL inclusion lists (EIP-7805)

In plain words

Planned for Hegotá: committees publish lists of transactions that blocks must include.

Why it matters: Strong protection against censorship.

The details

On the map: signed by an inclusion-list committee

Map note, rests on: BLS + ≥ 1 honest includer

Fork-choice enforced inclusion lists (EIP-7805)[1], scheduled for Hegotá. Each slot, 16 validators publish BLS-signed lists of pending transactions, and attesters only accept blocks that include them, so a censoring builder or proposer can't keep transactions out.

It rests on BLS signatures and on at least one honest list member.

Rests on

If any of these breaks, this breaks too.

If it falls

If this breaks, these break with it.

Nothing on the map depends on it: it is an end point of the roadmap.
